Mission Statement

The Trustees, Administrators, and Faculty of the Arcturus Rudolf Steiner Education Program are dedicated to creating an unique learning experience for persons eager to engage the concepts of Rudolf Steiner's Worldview; to practice the artistic dimensions arising from it, and to anticipate in a bold way the various applications of it to education, artistic endeavors, agriculture, medicine, or to wherever a person's path might lead.

Arcturus strives to become a place for educating  the universally human in all of its participants. This means that a dynamic striving for the realm of the middle is sought throughout, because this is where the universally human resides. A fundamental premise for honoring the realm of the middle is to recognize that human beings are in process of development in body, soul and spirit. The aim of the Arcturus faculty is to actively recognize and foster the process of transformation taking place in the students, which by necessity may occur in different time frames for each individual.
